The Panathlon Challenge Foundation

The Trustees are pleased to report a grant award to The Panathlon Foundation.  

The grant will help the Foundation expand its work to more special education needs children in York.

The Panathlon Challenge is a national charity which provides sporting opportunities for over 13,000 disabled young people each year.

812 schools took part in our 305 ‘mini Paralympic’ competitions, training courses and coaching days in 2016/17, with over 95,000 active hours of sport provided to disabled children. Without Panathlon, many of our competitors would not otherwise have an opportunity to take part in competitive sport.
