The Trustees have awarded a grant to The County Air Ambulance Trust’s Help Appeal.
County Air Ambulance Trust’s main objective is to relieve sickness by supporting helicopter emergency medical services and funding primary helicopter landing sites at major trauma centres and key accident and emergency hospitals to help end preventable loss of life caused by secondary road transfers.
The HELP Appeal provides non-repayable grants towards the cost of new or improvements to existing helipads at hospitals to give air ambulances the safest, quickest and most convenient place to land. Our aim is to provide greater choice of suitable landing sites for air ambulance aircraft.
