Grant awad to Community Furniture Store

The Trustees are pleased to announce a grant award to York Community Furniture Store for their IT ReUse Project, which addresses digital exclusion in York.

This initiative refurbishes donated IT equipment such as laptops, tablets, and PCs, and redistributes them to individuals facing digital poverty. The goal is to help people who lack access to the internet or essential digital devices, allowing them to stay connected, access online services, and improve their digital skills.
